Private Reserve & Micro Lots

The rare lots we hold back for the buyers who go looking.

Small harvests from standout farms, with the cup scores and the provenance to match. When a reserve lot is gone, it's gone.

What we offer

  1. Scored micro lots

Individually cupped and scored, with tasting notes and processing details for each lot.

  2. First look

Reserve buyers see new lots before they're offered anywhere else.

  3. Regional exclusivity

Where a lot is small enough, we'll keep it to one buyer per market.

  4. Full provenance

Farm, elevation, varietal, and process — documented so you can tell the whole story.

Why it matters

A reserve lot is a chance to put something on your menu that genuinely can't be found anywhere else. That's rare, and it's the kind of coffee that earns a following.

These lots are small on purpose. We'd rather protect the quality and the farmer's return than stretch a harvest thin.
